Use delivery service in Tbilisi (1-2 working days) - 5 GEL.
Our store also delivers to any other cities in Georgia (2-3 working days) - 8 GEL.
When ordering products over 100 GEL, the delivery is FREE!
How to place order
1. You need to add the goods you want to purchase in the cart.
2. Go to the cart. If necessary, edit the list of products and their quantity.
3. Select one of the shipping methods and follow the instructions.
You can also place an order by writing us on our pages on Facebook / Instagram. Our consultants happy to assist you.
Payment
There are 2 payment methods:
1. Transfer to our TBC / BOG accounts.
2. You can pay with Visa / Mastercard cards from the website when choosing the UNIPAY method.
Cash will not be accepted.
Conditions for returning and exchanging products
Products can be returned or exchanged only if there is a manufacturing defect and a receipt for payment, and no later than 3 (three) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to the buyer.
In other cases, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
The product must be returned by the user immediately, no later than within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of registration of the return application.
Also, the seller is not responsible for individual intolerance (allergy) to any component in the products.
